sure aint gonna gain on fruit!
i’ve been doing really well with my new routine…my body is definately feeling it
i have been slowly increasing my carbs, to help bump up them calories….gotta eat to grow! i weight myself on sunday mornings and after my first week of less cardio and more calories…i lost a few pounds! i guess my body is so hungry its just burning everything i eat! i met with my trainer again today and we did legs (killer!!)…and he wants me to keep bumping up my carbs/calories. i’m due for another weigh in this sunday…hopefully i havent lost anymore weight! my, oh my how times have changed….i NEVER thought i would be bummed about losing weight let alone actually trying to gain weight
i have to say i am enjoying my carbs again….oats for breakfast…yummy! the more i eat…the more hungry i am, i just went on a crazy strawberry feast…damn they were delicious!!! of course i dont think strawberries are going to do any damage to the scale :p
looks like tomarrow will be another saturday at the gym
i have to work til noon, then i have a baby shower to go to (i’d rather be doing anything else!!!), so i probably wont get to the gym til around 4-5 in the afternoon…hopefull everybody will be gone by then and i’ll have the place all to myself
