what a long day!
whew! my day is finally over…although it didnt go exactly as i had wanted it to. today was opening day…as far as i’m concerned, a national holiday. but, yet again it was just another awful one in philly 
it was cold, wet and the bullpen imploded as usual…but its way too long of a season to get down yet!!!
i actually managed to get to the gym at 5AM!!! OMG…how do people do that everyday??? i hit shoulders and tris, then wrapped up with a little cardio. came home, showered then off to work until noon then down to the game…now i finally get a chance to relax! i’ve been running on caffeine and adrenaline 
i felt like i got a pretty good workout but i am a creature of habit…i love being on schedule, so i’m glad it was just for one day. my diet was tricky, but i managed to stick with it all day!!! besides…what chick doesnt carry chicken and tuna in their purse 
i want to say thanks for the helpful info left on my last blog…it is much appreciated! unfortunately, i am one of the millions in this country without health insurance…so no doctors for me. i’ll just grin and bear it…i’m sure it will go away eventually
hope everyone had a fabulous opening day…and heres to never seeing flash closing another game!!!!
