so apparently, just because i decided that its spring…doesnt mean that mother nature agrees! that damn bitch made it snow   well this morning i braved the horrible weather and went to the gym anyway…i’m so glad that i did! i had all the weights to myself…the other 4 people there were doing cardio i felt much better this week, than i did last week. my hip feels awesome and i was able to hit legs heavy and hard…and i was feeling it for a few days! my foreams have still been a little bothersome but it wasnt so bad…well, at least not bad enough to slow me down!

a few weeks ago, i felt that i kinda hit a plateau so i thought i’d try increasing my calories in hopes of jumpstarting my metabolism. i figured i may have been undereating, but now i’ve gained a few pounds. to be honest, i havent weighed myself but i can tell just by looking in the mirror. i’m not getting too crazy about it though…hey, its still winter so i’m all bundled up i’m hoping that i just put on a little muscle so when i do cut my calories again, i’ll look even better!

so not only did i get a great workout at the gym, but when i came home i took brody out to play in the snow! wow…that was intense! who knew chasing after my dog in the snow would kick my ass…now that was HIIT! i was exhaused
