a little of this and that
hey all! i hope everyone had a great valentines day…i hope you gave lots and received lots of love 
training wise i had a kinda rough week. my left hip has been bothering me for a few days…i dont know what i did to it, i just woke up one morning and it hurt. of course, considering my high pain tolerance i worked out right through the pain…maybe im a badass or just an idiot 
i just went light with my legs…still hit them just not very heavy. the good news is, i woke up today and it felt great! so i cant wait to hit my legs heavy and hard!!!! so while my hips feelin good…my forearms are killing me!!! they were a little tight all week but no biggie…until today. i went to the gym for back and bis, while training my back, my forearms bothering me but when i went to hit bis…the pain was horrible!!! i actually had to ease up on my training, it hurt so bad! i cant really describe the feeling, its not DOMS, its more of a pain than a soreness…sorness good, pain bad! tomarrow is my rest day, so hopefully that will help.
on a much brighter note…spring has offically started (for me anyway)! pitchers and catchers have started spring training and i’m getting ready for an exciting 2008 phillies season! i have to admit…i’ve been obsessed with the whole clemens steroid drama. i was glued to the hearings and espn…i cant help it, kinda like a car accident. i think clemens is lying his ass off and he looked like a fool but having said that i’m ready to move on and get the focus back on the field. so, hopefully the only baseball news i hear is trades, injuries, rotations and line-ups. well, heres to the start of spring…yippee….its FINALLY here

Can’t say I blame Clemens either way though…lol Short of someone presenting a picture with him with a shirt that says "I’m roger clemens" with someone injecting him with a syringe that says "this is steroids"….it’s kind of his word against theirs.
Hopefully the Braves will be a little more competitive this year with the Phillies and Mets!

In a time where baseball itself didn’t have any rules against taking Perromance Enhancers, I find it completely unvelievable that we are still spending millions of dollars on trying to find out who, during that time way back when, may or may not have been taking them….Rules are in place, ramifications have been defined: Go forward baseball and congress…just my one and a half cents….
