feeling good :)
i had a really good week!!! FINALLY all the local college kids went back to school, so the gym was not nearly as crowded as it has been
today i did back and bis, also fit in some abs and cardio…a great workout!!! although, i did happen to notice something i thought was a little strange…one of my arms is leaner than the other! when i was doing bent over bb rows and alt. db curls i noticed the veins in my right arm were incredibly more visable than the veins in my left arm!!! now, i know you cant ’spot reduce’ but how the hell can i even this out??? i have to admit, i cant even tell normally…only when i’m lifting and i have that good pump going on. i’m a bit of a perfectionist…so this does bother me a little bit
when i’m at the gym, i am not social…i dont talk to anyone. i may come across as a bitch, but i’m not…i’m just ‘in the zone’ ya know??? i’ve got my hair tied up and my ipod on…ready to do my thing. well, the other day this guy approached me and compliments me on my shoulders!! i was very flattered…what a nice compliment
then he started telling me how great my form is, impressed with the weight i lift and asks me if i’m into bodybuilding! i’m just flattered that someone would look and me and think i am!!! it was really nice and it made me smile
thats a way to a girls heart…tell her shes got great delts!!!

That’s it? Just tell her she’s got great delts? C’mon it can’t be that easy. I guess I have been going about it all wrong. I’ll have to try that out.
Anyways, glad you had a good workout. Not sure what to tell you about the whole one arm bigger then the other thing. Your dominant arm is usually going to be bigger from normal everyday use. Unless you are a lefty, then there’s no explanantion. Hope you have a great weekend! Take care.

Aha, the old, "nice delts," line….works everytime!

Yeah, just stay away from the "nice glutes" line though…LOL

When you say the veins in one arm are more visible than the left, are you saying that the veins stick out more, or you see the blue veins more clearly? If it’s the former, probably try for more intensity on the left arm. That could help. If it’s the latter, there is absolutely nothing to do, that’s just the way your veins decided to go. This may all just be useless info, but I hope it might help a bit.
So… delts, eh? I’ll have to work that into my next pick-up line, because I use pick-up lines all the time and constantly look for fresh new lines to use
