feeling sick :)

today i had a really great workout…it was my favorite day! LEG DAY!!!! i havent been very happy with my legs. i’m very satisifed with all of the progress that i have made with my upper body…my backs looking leaner…more veins showing in my arms and shoulders and i can actually see a little bit of the abs! woo hoo! however, my legs and butt seem to be at a standstill. so after looking a some pics that i was not to fond of (and did not post) i hit the legs hard today! i was supersetting leg press with bulgrian squats…eek! i felt like i was gonna puke when i was done…boy did i love it! i felt like i got a really great workout…wanting to puke is i good sign…right ;) my ass is starting to feel a little sore…so i think i did something right!

 i figured i would post my ‘make ya wanna puke’ leg day on here because anyone reading this would atleast understand where i’m coming from…i tell people in my daily life and they look at me like i’m crazy…well maybe i am…just a little :)

oh yeah…and today i re-newed my phillies tix! jimmy rollins said that they are gonna win 100 games in 2008…and i wanna be there ;)

    I love leg days too! I LOVE squats…but I hate lunges. No matter how close I monitor my breathing or how cardio-fit I am, I still feel winded to the piont of dizziness. Oh well! Lookin great! Keep up the good work.
