oh so complicated…
hello everyone! it’s been a few weeks since my last post…but here i am! i’ve been loving my new training routine that i had started a few weeks back…but as always the diet seems to annoy me! i know, i know that i should not be judging too much of my success or failure on the scale but i have gained weight! doesnt really make a gal happy
i last updated my progress pics in june…and i felt that i had made great progress since my first pics in january…BUT in january i was at 110lbs, in june (and today) i’m at 120! i know it should be more about how i look not what the scale says!!! see…i can say it but i dont always believe it ;) i guess it bothers me because i still feel like i have fat to lose. my diet is very clean. i aim for 1400-1500 calories a day usually 40p/40c/20f but im going to try cutting carbs a bit and changing my macros to see if that makes any difference…something more like 45p/30c/25f. im going to keep the calories the same…because i dont really think that i should cut them any lower.

i guess i’ve gotta keep going along…trial and error…until i find something that works!

hey babe….just remember muscle weighs alot more than fat. Even though you’re gaining weight it definitely looks like you’re gaining muscle. Definitely go by the progress pics and from that you’ve made real good progress
