so so sore!
Monday, June 25th, 2007i started my new workout routine yesterday and it was leg day. my favorite day of all, i had a great workout!
today on the other hand was abs/cardio. i got up bright and early (6:15 am) to do hiit…but OMG my legs and butt are killing me! there was no way in hell i could physically do hiit, so i did a low/moderate jog for about 30min. i went to the gym in the afternoon and did my abs then did 25min on the elliptical…but nothing too intense!
nothing feels better than a great workout (even if i’m a little sore for a couple days)…im not complaining…its all worth it
