crazy weekend
i have not posted in a while because i’ve had a lot going on…but here i am! i’ve been doing well with my diet and my training…i’m eating about 1500-1600 calories and training hard. i’ve stayed away from the scale…but it doesn’t look like my body is changing at all. i dont know maybe its just me…but i feel like i’m gaining weight (fat!). when i’m working out, i love the way my body looks…i just wish it could look like that all the time! anywho…i have a busy weekend ahead of me. i have a wedding to go to on saturday, which i was going to use as my cheat meal…i havent had one since easter!!! but as it turns out i have to go to a family dinner thing friday night!! not too pleased about having two cheat meals in one week!!! i figure that if i still eat my meals the way i normally do and just have a little cheat…not over doing it i should be OK! i just wish it did’nt come at a time when im not feeling to great

on an upside…i did get to go shopping for a new dress (nothing i had fit!!! woo hoo!!!) it’s strapless, which shows off my back, shoulders and arms! i always say "show off what you love, and hide what you hate"

ok…enough of my pitty party! i’ve had a rough week…needed to vent….can ya tell!
