mmmm…sore!
now that i’ve got my diet going well, i’ve started a new weight training routine. i was working with a trainer the past 2 days and WOO HOO…IM SORE! i love it when my muscles ache…i feel like i’m really challenging myself. i haven’t felt this way in a while and i love it…it makes me really excited and motivated to get my ass to the gym! on another note…its finally nice outside on the east coast! it’s stopped raining and the sun is out, so after i had a great workout today i took my dog…brody for a walk. there is nothing better than going outside for a nice walk in the fresh air with my puppy! now, if only i can get him to jog alongside me…he’s not well trained
well now i have to get to sleep and get my sore body some rest!
