this and that
i’ve got my diet going pretty well…as i’ve increased my calories, my weight on the scale increased as well. i was not too happy to get on the scale and see 117 lbs and i looked fat too (bloated). i weighed my self today and my weight dropped back down to 112 so that felt good…and looks much better. im figuring my body was shocked by the extra food and didnt know what the hell was going on…but i guess my body adjusted and things look and feel much better. i do very well with not cheating and eating very clean…BUT i have to cut a good food out of my diet…PEANUT BUTTER! i cant have just one serving. i binge on it then feel horrible…i dont mean just 2 servings, im talking like 5! so i cut it out last week and decided to get some healthy fats with some nuts…well that didnt work too well either. it worked pretty good for the first few days but then as i have just a few..it adds to a few more and then the next thing you know i just had like 4 handfuls! way too much…and now my tummy dont feel good!
so looks like thats something i just cant have. when stuff tastes good and is that easy to just grab i tend to over-indulge!
well…now that i’ve vented and im sleepy…im taking my little tummy ache to bed!
