its that time again :)

my favorite time of year is approaching this weekend….baseball season! YAY…GO PHILLIES! anywho…i’ll be heading down to 3 games this week. i (finally) have my diet going well and now i’m trying to get it straight when im at the games. including travel and game time its usually an all day event so its gonna be very hard to get all my meals in (every 3 hours). i wont eat anything there….cheesesteaks, fries and ice cream are not exactly gonna help me reach my goals. i dont really have cheat days or even meals but it wouldnt be a big deal if i was only going once in a while but i have partial season tix so im there quite a bit throughout the year! so my idea is just to eat as i normally would in the hours before and after the game and settle on taking just a protein bar with me (it fits in my purse). i dont really want to go that long without eating…i’m sure it wont kill me but i’d be starving! i’ll just drink lots of water ($3 per bottle) and hope that holds me over until i get home!

eating more!

i’ve been increasing my calories…with the help of alot of great people on bb.com and i know i have to…but i dont wanna gain weight…(weighed myself this morning and i am 113.6). so im gonna post my diet for today…here it goes:

meal 1: 1 scoop of protein powder, 3/4 cup of oats

meal 2: homemade protein bar (yummy!)

meal 3: 1 scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup of oat and 1 cup of veggies

meal 4: tuna fillet, and 1 cup of veggies

meal 5: salad and grilled chicken w/ balsalmic vinagarette dressing and 6oz of strawberries

meal 6: celery w/ natural p.b.

i get up and do cardio first thing in the morning (fasted) then i have my p.p. and oats…would it be more beneficial to have the p.p. before my cardio? meal 3 is my pwo meal (after weight training). i working on getting used to increasing my calories…to burn the fat! i went from 1250 to about 1500. i feel great…way more energy and much more satisified after i eat! YAY!

any feedback to help me out and let me know im in the right direction would be great!

so…it’s been a while since i last posted any pics so i’ve finally done that and i’m pleased to say i’ve made some great strides but i’m not quite where i wanna be yet. i have been workin hard on getting that much desired 6-pack for the summer and i know from everything i’ve read that 6-packs come from a great diet. i’ve been working very hard on that. i’ve been doing lots of reading on the forums and such and i’ve come to the conclusion that ive got to up my calories…which is quite scary because i dont wanna get FAT! im currently doing 40/40/20 on about 1250 calories a day…all the calculators ive used pretty much say i’ve gotta up them to about 15-1600. i’m workin on that. it’s also been about 30 days that ive been doing the E/C stack and i love it! i love the energy i get and i have the best workouts when taking it!  i’m definatly pleased with my progress and looking forward to more!
