its that time again :)
Friday, March 30th, 2007my favorite time of year is approaching this weekend….baseball season! YAY…GO PHILLIES! anywho…i’ll be heading down to 3 games this week. i (finally) have my diet going well and now i’m trying to get it straight when im at the games. including travel and game time its usually an all day event so its gonna be very hard to get all my meals in (every 3 hours). i wont eat anything there….cheesesteaks, fries and ice cream are not exactly gonna help me reach my goals. i dont really have cheat days or even meals but it wouldnt be a big deal if i was only going once in a while but i have partial season tix so im there quite a bit throughout the year! so my idea is just to eat as i normally would in the hours before and after the game and settle on taking just a protein bar with me (it fits in my purse). i dont really want to go that long without eating…i’m sure it wont kill me but i’d be starving! i’ll just drink lots of water ($3 per bottle) and hope that holds me over until i get home!
