a little kick in the ass
i have been working very hard at the gym as well as sticking to a clean diet ( 99% of the time…i sometimes make mistakes). no matter how hard i work there still seems to be that little extra layer of fat that loves to hang on to my muscle
i have tried fat burners in the past and have never had much success…the effects or any progress that i make seems to be halted after only a few weeks. so…i am starting an E/C stack tomarrow. i have read up on and searched for lots of information on the forums and E/C sounds like it will give me what i want. im looking for something to give me that extra boost…help me bang out that extra rep or run a little harder when i dont think i can…give me the "oomph" to push myself a little bit harder. im going to take pics in 30 days to help track my progress…and hopefully that nasty layer of fat will start to disappear!

thanks for the support. as far as cardio goes…i do 20 min of HIIT 5 days a week. everything i’ve read says to not do too much cardio…i used to be a cardio whore…7 days a week 45 min a day…cardio overload.

you know cardio is the best way to burn fat if u are working 60%and above of your max heart rate . max heart rate is 220-your age . drinking lots of water helps to .good luck

I was in the same routine as you were and found I wasn’t making the gains I thought I wouold. I stepped down the cardio to 60% of my Max rate. Bought a Polar Heartstrap to use with the crosstrainer to keep in the fat burning zone and staying low in the cardio zone. Feel better and the result is showing. Give it a try, never hurts
