Seriously, It Is Time To Get To Work!
Sunday, January 13th, 2008I am kind of bumbed, but I am not going to whine. I have been slacking and eating too much and now I am back to square one again! I can not slack off any longer. This summer I want to be leaner than ever and look sexy in my bikini. How am I going to do it? The old school way. Lift, cardio, and clean mean eating. That’s it!!
I have been sick 2 weeks ago with an upper respiratory infection and ate very little of nothing and when I started to feel better last week. I was hungry as hell, so….. I ate like a freakin PIG! I will leave out the details because it involves a trip to McDonalds, Panda Express and Cake… Opps! I was going to leave out the details, lol. So, needless to say my scale is mad has hell (168lbs YIKES!!)and I am going to gain control.
P.S. Can anyone suggest a good fat burner/muscle building supplement to me? I tried Hydroxy cut and it does work, but… I was feeling shaky and unbalanced. I lost 6 pounds with it, but then I stopped and gained 4 back.
Well, I am off to bed, but i would appreciate any recommendations from you all.
