Getting Back Into the Routine, Agan!

After the Thanksgiving and pre- Christmas parties my weight has maintained at 165. I am happy that I was able to do that, but… it is taking me a little longer to hit my goal of at least 160 by New Years. Each day I try, but something always get in the way and I have to stop and be consistent otherwise I will fail and I don’t want to do that. This week I have been to eat clean again and picking up the cardio since my new elliptical is finally here at the house YEY!!

Today I will be working the lower body so that my upper body can rest. I will be doing:

  1. Leg extensions: 125lbs
  2. leg curls: 100lbs
  3. squats
  4. lunges
  5. Dead leg lifts
  6. inner and out thigh abductions
  7. abs
  8. cardio step and before bed 10-15 minutes on the elliptical too.

Later tonight I am excited because we will be going to the trail of lights at Zilker park in Austin, TX. It’s mile or so long trail with Christmas lights and decorations. My son will be so excited!! What are you doing for the Christmas holidays? I hope something fun and safe. Well, I am off to do some mommy things and then it is time to lift and lift HARD!!

    I heard on the radio this morning that the trail of lights may be closed due to rain. There’s supposed to be a number you can call to check the status. But I don’t remember what it is. The 101x morning show said they’d post it on their site though maybe you can find it there.
