After 9:00pm & Cardio is done!!
Wednesday, October 17th, 2007With feeling sore from my leg/butt workout yesterday and still managed to get my cardio in tonight! I am so proud of myself because I so much wanted to not do it and just veg out on the couch. But I got my butt up, popped in my Billy Blanks tae bo cardio DVD in and I worked out for 30 minutes and man was I sweating bullets. The other great thing is that I burn 460 calories with this short workout. Yey!!! So now I can truly rest and get my mind ready for tomorrow.
Tomorrow I do not have to work, so I will be working out on my bowflex. I will be working out:
- biceps
- triceps
- lats
- abs
- upper and lower back
- chest
- shoulders
Then later that evening I will be going for a two mile jog with my galpal in the neighborhood. You think I got a okay workout? I know I am going to be sore as hell, but in the long run the body will look AWESOME!! Hopefully this weekend I can post more pics of myself so that I can have some official starting photos. Well, I better go for now.
