Day 3 of 26: Down 1.5Lbs!!!
Day 3 is a good day, but I am really sore in my buttocks and legs. What in the world? But the nice thing is that my legs are firming up again and I like that. Another great thing about today is that I decided to step on the scale to see if I am losing at the same time and hot damn!! I am down 1.5lbs!!! Yipee. Just in a few days I can feel the difference and I would be crazy to blow it tomorrow with the Halloween candy floating around. I know have the strength to deal with that because I want to see more result next week.
Today, I worked on my abs for 10 minutes and just a few minutes ago I did 30 minutes of step aerobics. I can’t believe I made it through. I felt like I was in labor… I was breathing so hard, lol. Now I am just relaxing and chatting and soon I will be hitting the showers and bed.
Tomorrow will just be a weight training day for me. It time to work the lower body again. Ouch!! I hope the soreness lighten up a bit, but if not I will deal with it.
Today I had the same meal plan as yesterday and tomorrow will be a little different. I think I will:
- Meal 1: Muscle Milk (strawberry flavor) mixed with one banana, Whole wheat toast
- Meal 2: Chicken breast, Whole wheat bread, grapes
- Meal 3: Salmon, brown rice, green beans
- Meal 4: Muscle Milk (cookies and cream), carrots
- Meal 5: Chicken, brown rice, green beans, almonds
That should be an A-Okay menu for fat loss and muscle building. Then later hubby and I will take our son Trick or treat!! He going to be Batman!! See

Nahh. I wore a wizard hat and that’s about all. Bad huh? Next year I will. how about you?
