The Day Is Done..
Well, I just returned home from my 2 mile jog a few hours ago and in addition to that jog I did 20 more minutes of cardio by completing a step aerobic circuit. So, I feel good! But at the same time I am tired!
Okay, if you did not notice I finally posted my starting pictures. Boy do I have some work to do. I wear a size 8 and I am still jiggly in areas I don’t like, but that will change soon. Isn’t that great? We have control on how we can improve our bodies inside and out. What do you all think of the new pics? Please be kind? I don’t look too bad after losing 65 pounds and having a child too. hee hee. Well I am going to get ready for bed and get prepared for my leg workout tomorrow and maybe 30 minutes of cardio before I go to work too.
