I Want To Workout My Upperback!

Gosh, after completing my cardio routine last night I looked in the mirror at my upper back and man… there is little or no definition to that area and that has to stop. I really want to rip up that area and I will be researching no workouts I can do to transform that area. Do anyone have any workouts that they can suggest? I would try almost anything. hee hee. I promise to post pics hopefully tomorrow night because our son will be visiting grandpa for the weekend and we will have the house to ourselves!!! YAHOOOOOO. Sorry to sound too excited but sometime we need out together time without our son, and it has been a while.

Well in a bit I will be heading out to run some errands before heading into work. The first errand is to delivery my hubby’s lunch. Our son is so excited because he gets to see daddy at work. Anyway, my hubby left it on the counter this morning and I can’t let the guy starve. He packed such a healthy lunch. I am so proud of him even though he does not have to lose an ounce of weight. The only thing he want to do is build more muscle back again. Then, I have to go to the grocery store, the park, and the beauty store and get home to get a quick workout in. Well I am out, but PLeaSE leave some tips and suggestions for workouts targeting my upper and lower back muscles. Thanks :)

Try this! My husband writes my routines for me and this is what I do!

    Back

Lat Pull Down (wide) X 4
    Dumbell rows X 3
    Seated Cable Rows X 3
    Hyperextensions X 3
