Feeling Better Today!

Wow, today is my day off from work and I am going to make the best off it. It’s s nice to be off today. I can just get my gym clothes on and enjoy the day with out make-up and the whole nice yards.

I am in central Texas and it is finally feeling like fall around here. Yey!! I can finally wear jeans and sweaters now. Well, in a bit my son and I will head to the park and take care of a few errands this morning and then when we return home. I have my plan set. My workouts will be as follows:

  1. 15 min ab workout
  2. Bicep curls, hammer curls
  3. lat pull down
  4. chest press
  5. seat rows
  6. butterflies

Then when I get my son down for his nap I will workout to my step aerobic (I know I love step aerobics!!) with Cathe Friedrich for 30-40, maybe a little longer we will see how the bods feeling. I figure if I get all of this done before my hubby gets home and it getting later in the day I will not be tempted to not workout at all. Well I am out for now. Gotta get my son clothes out for him to put on.

    I have all types of suggestions. May I also suggest the women’s health 2007 training guide for women? They produce awesome info in the form of literature and magazine. Check out the women’s guide to weight training as well. You can either look it up on musclestuff.com.
    Also Weight-bearing Workouts for Women: Exercises for Sculpting, Strengthening, and Toning by Yoalda Green I think.
