Just Reflecting On This Weeks Activity
Wow this week came and went. This week I felt that I did better with my workouts and eating, however there is room for improvement. I got in 4 days of workouts which was 3 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training. It’s okay, but I know that I can do much better than that in order to get the results I know that I can obtain. I am kind of bummed though about the weight I saw on the scale this morning. I hopped on and saw 165!! I have been eating on plan all 5 meals in small portions, so what’s the deal here. I know that I have been training a lot so I could be building more muscle, but dang that number can sure mess with a girl’s mind. (I’ll get over it and will not let it get the best of me.)
In a bit I will workout my legs by doing some calisthenics:
- Spats 3 set of 12
- Reverse lunge on my step bench 3 sets of 12
- Stiff-Legged Deadlift with 5lbs weights in each hand 3 sets of 12
- Front Lunge on my step bench 3 sets of 12
- Inner and Outer thigh adduction with my stability ball and resistance band
The my hubby and I will watch a funny stand up comedian named Jeff Dunham. Have you guys seem him perform with his puppets? He is Frickin hilarious!! You have got to watch it. Well I am out for the evening
