Sunday, January 25th, 2009I am not going to lie. I did not exercise this week. I did try to eat better. Unfortunately I gained two pounds and a half inch on my waist. So I am back to 222 and 45.5 inches. I am writing a schedule for this week with a heavy concentration on cardio and core training. I don’t have access to much for weights so right now I am going to work with the few dumbbells I do have but work on reducing my waist. As far as my weight goes, I don’t mind being around 220 so much. I just don’t want it to be with so much body fat. If I could put all those pounds where they belong, with minimal body fat and good tone, I wouldn’t really be so concerned about my actual weight. I do like at least being in the 200 range and don’t really want to fall below that. So for the rest of this month and next month I am going to concentrate on strengthening my core and dropping body fat. I am looking forward to posting progress pictures at the end of February and need to get serious so they will be decent. OK, until next week, I hope everyone continues on their goals. Have a good week everyone and thank you to anyone who is keeping up with my blog. It gives me accountability to not always have a bad report. One more thing, I picked up a book called The Clean Eating Diet. I am reading that right now and will be working on switching to a better eating lifestyle through that information.
