Progress report
Sunday, October 5th, 2008OK so I had a decent month. I did less workouts than I wanted to but I still made some progress. My weight is now 220 which is down from 227.5 since I joined bodyspace. However, my weight was 234 at the beginning of the year. So the progress is 7.5 lbs since bodyspace and 14 for the year. Now my bodyfat was 34 at the beginning of the year and 32 when I started here. It is currently down to 30. Also my waist was 48 in January 47 when I started here and is now down to 44.5. So I am off to a slow start but it is steady. That is pretty much how I do everything. I don’t try to get in a rush just keep working steady. The good thing about that is when I notice the progress I get motivated and pick up the pace. So, I am very excited to see what happens in October. I bought a workout shirt yesterday. It has a saying that makes me feel like working harder. It says "Pain is weakness leaving the body". Tomorrow will be my first day wearing it. I will have some progress photos up in a couple hours. Hopefully no later than 4:00. Thank you for being interested in my progress.
