Getting back on track
Wednesday, September 24th, 2008I had a rough week and a half. I let life get in the way and made too many excuses to not workout. Now on Monday I injured my back at work and am trying to let it heal. I don’t want to push it and injure it further. Even though I have had a slow month with the exercises I have still been able to lose a few pounds and a couple inches off my waist. I am going to rest a couple more days to make sure my back is good to go and then get going. I am looking forward to a better month next month and will try an finish this one out strong.
