losing fat
Been eating clean for about a week now. Working out like crazy… heavy lifting and intense cardio sessions. Haven’t seen much progress on the scale. If anything, my weight might have gone up just a hair. But I’m definitely seeing a difference in the mirror and in my clothes, even in just one week. I haven’t tested my bodyfat again for a month or so, but I definitely believe it has dropped a bit.
One week down… many, many weeks to go. But I won’t give up. Not this time. This time, it’s for life.

That’s how it always goes if you’re lifting heavy and doing intense cardio at the same time. As far as you should be concerned, no change on the scale or a slight upward movement is progress-especially if the clothes are fitting better. That means you’ve put on muscle and lost fat at the same time. Good goin.
