Monday, April 27th, 2009I was doing the cross rowing machine or what ever that is that has you high stepping, and I speed during the lower levels and slow down during the high levels bringing my knees up. I leaned a little forward during the high level for just 2 minutes. OMG!! what a difference in the butte. I had been standing straight up all this time. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow and hit it again. This monster may be the thing that melts the fat off my butte. I am psyched.
