Since I have been going back and forth to the doctors, trying to find out whats wrong, my workouts were little to none. Now that I know what is wrong, and I know it will be taken care of in about 3-4 months. I have been making myself do the right thing and workout. I realized this morning, that I am basically starting all over. I felt so week, trying to lift a 40lb weight, for a bicep curl. At one time this was nothing for me, lifting 40lbs was like paper. So i stopped myself this morning a was honest with me.. I have barely worked out, and now I have to basically start from the beginning. lighter weights and work my way back to 60 minutes of cardio. I know I can do it, I just got a little frustrated this morning.

Hey all, its been a long frustrating year for me. I have been ill off and on, nothing to the point where I couldn’t function day to day, but it was just annoying. Not knowing if and when my stomach was going to give me problems. Sometimes the pain was unbearable. Doctors kept telling me nothing was there, but I knew I felt something. I finally got one of the docs to perform a catscan, and they found it…fibroids.. pretty large in size, but not life threatening. Now I know why i felt full all the time, even when I didnt eat anything. Now I know why when I did eat, even if I ate just a little it felt like my stomach was about to pop. Thats because the fibroid is pressing against everything in there.. So now I have to schedule surgery. I am going to wait until feb. or march for that because I have to be out of work for at least 6 weeks. And I just started my new job a month ago. So for now I will be going to the gym and working everything but my abs. hopefully if I am in pretty good shape by surgery time, I will feel better faster. Keep ya posted.

Hey all, I have been out of commission for the last 4 months. It started out with taking on a second full time job. Working 80 hours a week is a real pain in the **s. But I was able to do for 4 months. I moved out of Newark NJ ( thank God). Moved in to a much nicer area with my life partner and her two daughter in Secaucus. I tried to maintain the two jobs, but my body started letting me know it was too much. There were mornings that I woke up that I could barely move, because i was so tired. So I finally gave up one of the jobs ( of course i kept the one that pays the most money). For the most part, I have been eating the best I can. I have been able to maintain my weight so I guess that is good. I started going back to the gym 2 weeks ago. Started with 2 days, last week it was 3 days. This week I am going for 4 days. I didnt want to over do it, since its been so long since i really worked out. I guess its a good thing that my job keeps me on my feet for most of the day. Well I will say good night now, have to get up early to hit the gym, (day #4). HEY, I missed you guys>>

I have been so sick all week long. Bad chest cold, just when i start to feel better in my chest, now I have a sinus infection, and a stomach virus . I feel like I am waisting so much time laying in bed. its frustrating.

I got back into the gym on Tuesday and Wednesday. It felt great to be back in there. Didnt push myself too much. Tuesday, was upper body, and wednesday was legs, 30 mins of cardio on both days. Was able to get my intensity up to 80% for 20 mins, last night. Tomorrow I will be doing full body on weights and 30 minutes of cardio. I am tired. working two jobs and trying to get my workouts in is tough, but it feels good.. I pray to God everyday, to give me the strength to do everything I need to do in one day.

I am getting back to the workouts tonight. I have figured out how I can do the two jobs and get my workouts in. I will just have to cut my gym time down from 5 days, down to 3 days. That should good. I just have to step up the intesity. I have realized when i dont workout, all types of aches and pains kick up. But when Im workingout and eating right. I dont feel any pains. So back to the grind I go.

I have been so bad lately when it comes to working out. Just when I put my mind to it to stop b-s ing, I start a second full time job. So working out has not even been in the picture for the last month.. I have been trying to eat as clean as possible. Havent been able to eat as often. I finally found a new apartment ( have to get out of Newark nj) Now i think I will be able to give up one of the jobs, and get back to it. The good thing is, I got on the scale today. and I only gained 2 lbs,in the past month. It could be because I am walking a lot with the new job. Any way, just wanted to put an update on here.

ok for the last few months i have been getting different weights on the scales at the gym.. So I waited until my DR’s appointment to get the correct weight. Now this was two weeks ago.. as of two weeks ago i was 226lbs. As of this morning using the same scales as used in the dr office (instead of that incorrect digital scale) I am no 222. So it looks like I am on track (2lbs a week). I am purchasing a scale for the house today, but i will be testing it to see what it says first, to see if its worth buying it. I will be updated my stats…

Hey everyone, has been a really good week for me as far as working out. I might have overdone it though. Was in the gym 6 days this week. 5 of those days was cardio and weights. I feeling a little wornout today. My diet was pretty good this week. I will give myself a rest tomorrow, and see how i feel on monday. Feel myself getting more toned. my waist is getting smaller ( thats always the first thing to shrink on me) People at work are starting to notice the weight loss, so I guess all the hard work and dedication is paying off.
