hi everyone its been a lont time since i posted anything on this page. well today i have posted a new picture yes it is blurry but i will post a better one soon, well check it out and let me know what you think. its been just under 2 years and it has been tough, but i will start tighting done hope for even better results before this year is up.

It’s been a while but I am back I most of my readers know there has been a new addition to my family twin boys. Welcome to fatherhood and would not change it for the world. I will be posting new photos for the month of January see if there is a difference and let me know.

Okay so here is the scoop, about 2 weeks back I purchased a hand held device that measures your body fat. It was a really good deal too ($5) and that include the shipping. Tell me that as not a steal!! Any how here is the end result apparently I am 29% body fat and it said I was on the heavy side (WOW!!) I also measured my waist and it reads 37.5 inches. So starting Sunday August 10, 2008 I will have no or very little carbohydrates for 2 weeks straight the try again. Let see how this pans out. Everyone wish me luck.

I have added Swimming laps to my work out and what a difference, although I am only doing it once a week due to the distance I have to drive but I have notice a change. Proceed!

started a fat burner Chikara thanks to (ITHINKFIT) things are looking better and better by the week. cant wait to see what results i get at then end of this quarter. also i want to thank Joey44 for the quick and easy intake plan and work out plan

Today I had my body fat percent calculated, and it’s at 26%. Apparently this is average for my age, height, and weight.
I have started a new program let see if I can drop at least 5%,
If you have any suggestions please let me know.

today i have stepped on scale 187 the needle pointed at. it seems that nothing looks different but looking in the mirror everyday doesnt help. well i changed my work out and i went kind of heavy maybe i will notice something, although my shoulder is killing me
