meal 1: protein shake

meal 2: 4 oz tilapia and brocolli

meal 3: 4 oz chicken+small salad with vinegar and 1 serving thinfat.

meal 4: 3 oz tilapia and brocolli.

meal 5: 3 oz chicken and zuchinnis + 1 serving of almonds.

meal 6 :protein shake.

-Meal2: Lean dessert and oats

-meal3: 5 whites,oats  and nuts

-meal4: 4 oz chicken and zuchinni

-meal 5: 4 oz chicken and PB sandwich(with low carb bread)

-meal 6: 3 oz tilapia and brocolli.

Today nutrition:

-Meal 1:   1 scoop MM light + 1/2 oats

-Meal 2:   1 scoop lean dessert + 1/2 cup oats

-Meal 3:   5 hard boiled eggs (no yolk) + 1/2 cup oats + nuts

-Meal 4:   4 oz grilled chicken  + salad  with vinegar.

-Meal 5:   4 oz tilapia  +  small sweet potatoe + 1/2 tbsp thinfat

-Meal 6:   3 oz chicken  + salad and vinegar.
