Wednesday meals

meal 1: complete whey(cytosport) and oats

meal 2: Lean dessert shake and sweet potatoe

meal 3: Vpx zero carb shake,PB sandwich

meal 4:3 oz tilapia,1/2 cup zuchinnis

meal 5:1/2 cup cottage cheese,1 serving PB

meal 6:4 whites and small salad

    Hey Nat,

    When you have protein powder and oats as a meal, how do you cook it? Do you mix it in while the oats are cooking?

    Thanks for the feedback. Im having SUCH a hard time resisting pizza these days! I really need to get with the program. Youre lucky to be able to tolerate PLAIN whole foods!!! Do you consume a set amt of calories per day or protein grams per day?
