Ok so life sometimes sneaks up on you with "things" and can put you on the detour track without you even realizing it! SCARY!!! My life has been crazy busy this last couple weeks while my son's Jr High Basketball season kicked off. They have these 8th graders playing 3 games a week and have it all rolled up in 4 weeks! haha! that is fast.. So what happens to Mom since she is basically a single parent in regards to my kids "blood" dad... I have to go to work early so I can get off early so I can watch my son play bball, then I turn around and run to watch my daughter play club volleyball, and they both have youth group! so before I know it, its Friday!!! WHOOHOO!!! ITS FRIDAY!!! My hubby (step dad) is great about being there for the kids but I still am Mom and have to be there ya know! This is why I commit to Thurs - Sun workouts because its ME time, but I have slacked in the early AM cardio because ... well really I have NO excuse.. I could say earlier mornings mean colder temps but I have a gym membership so that doesn't work...HAAHA so I chalk it up to Life and being tired. BUT my trainer - Memeber KVNJAMES is so committed to helping me succeed he has started as of this morning calling and getting my butt out of bed! NICE!!! Life is no longer an excuse when you have someone waking your butt up and saying get it done! So this morning I was off and running! I ran further and harder than I have in a month that was great news!!! I am loving this! LIFE has me swamped but I will not be sucked under and let my goals slip away! I will Manage Life not let LIFE manage me! I am sure lots of moms and dads on here know what I mean! Its so easy to put everyone and everything in front of yourself, but I am learning to stop feeling guilty for taking a small amount of time daily for me because it really ends up blessing everyone around me because I am not a crazy woman!! Less Stress, more self esteem, happier in life in general!  Let's see how I do next week with morning calls from Kevin!! I will not be weak, I will get the job done....
