yah i totally agree that is not good for you to eat low calories girl…it wont help you lose weight. please eat more…and think of this as long term healthy eating..do you want to eat this way long term???

Hmm…all right-serious question here-I’m at 1235 calorie-wise so far, with another 4-500 calorie meal before I go to bed which will get me in the 1700 range. I just figured out my resting metabolic rate using the Harris-Benedict formula (which I learned in my P.E. class-how cool is that?! and came up with 1712 calories. The way I figure it, I’m not doing a lot of exercise right now, but I’m gradually adding more movement every week. Remember, I was COMPLETELY sedentary for the last 5 years basically-up until December! Just walking from class to class tires me out-I thought I was going to absolutely die the first day. But by the end of the week I felt like the walking was easier. As I increase my activity, I imagine I will need more energy and eat more. Am I on the right track? I’m open to suggestions/advice!! In fact, I welcome them! Thanks
