2 cups English Breakfast tea with 4 tbsp nonfat creamer 100/0

2 cups Joe’s O’s 220/3

1 cup organic soy milk 100/4

1/4 cup almonds 180/16

1 cup green onion/1 cup white onion 30/0

1 serving tofu 80/4

1 tortilla  110/1.5

total calories in: app 950

expended 1700 + 45 min weightlifting 200? about -1000 calories for the day

*I’ll try to eat more early in the day tomorrow to have more energy!
