So I fell of the bandwagon during the first half of june.
I’ve been back at the gym for tw o weeks now! Feeling good and lifting stronger than I have in almost 1.5 years.

Today marks 8 consecutive days that I have worked out. That’s a new record for me! While I feel great, I am concerned that I am overtraining and that this will hurt my results…
I have a workout log now that I can track my results, if I don’t seem to be improving, I’ll add a couple of rest days into my schedule.

I almost didn’t make it to the gym this morning. Forunately, I got my ass out of bed and pumped some iron. Now I feel great!
