Otherwise Okay
Ever since Daylight Savings, I’ve been tired, but I have still been hitting the gym, doing my cardio like I’m supposed to:). I have also incorporated stair training. I was inspired to do this when I spoke to someone, so I said why the heck not. It’s actually pretty simple, the goal is to ONLY use the the steps when going places in my building. So in the morning I take the steps from the 1 to the 6th floor, anytime I have to go downstairs I’ll take the steps, etc, etc,. Really the elevator is off limits. It should do wonders for my leg development and my cardio as well. I’m gonna do this for 2 months, and see how it turns out for me. So in addition to my regular training, I’m adding that.
I’m feeling pretty lean these days I’m not sure how much I weigh becuase I really dont want to get on the scale, but I feel like I’m looking pretty lean, I can see it in my face
. Maybe in a few weeks I’ll take a picture…until then later
