4 days to 190
Well I’ve got 4 days to go to get down to 190 by the end of the month…whew. Gonna lower my carbs drastically, to make sure I reach my goal…which means I’m gonna be cranky as a muva. LOL, should be to bad. Of course I’ll be upping my protien to maintain the muscle.
I’ve gotten my firt of many cardio sessions in, I think I may go down again and get another 30 minutes of cardio in to push it to the limit…the more the better right. Well until my next entry…peace out
