New Training Approach
Well it’s bout time to change up my training this week and all next month, to up my results and burn this fat off.
My plan is a two day split, yet 3 days out of the week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday will be 30-60 minutes of cardio and ABS - yeah baby I’m serious. I know it takes about 3 months to really start seeing results but, I’m gonna make the first 3 months as effective as possible.
In 4 weeks I will def be posting some more progress pics. Hope to see them abs coming in by then…let’s go.
