Back to it on Monday

Well I’ll be back on my diet and training starting Monday 30th. I’m shooting to lean out to about 175. that’s 20 lbs folks. I know it’s gonna take alot of discipline and self control but I know it’s possible to get that lean. I want to get there and stay as lean as possible. I want it to be me, a lifestyle.

I’ve got my game plan, the carbs are gonna be low and the protein is gonna be high. Chicken Breast and steamed veggies are gonna be my friends.

 My meals will be:

Breakfast: 4-5 Egg Whites, Veggies, or Oatmeal

Post Workout - Protein Shake

Snack - Protein Shake or Almonds and fruit

Lunch - 8 oz Chicken Breast and 1-2 Cups of veggies

Snack - Protein Shaks

Dinner - Fish or Chicken and 1-2 cups of Veggies

I know it’s gonna take some tweeking here and there with this eating plan. It doesnt show it but one staple will be sweet potatoes and other low glycemic carbs, but not alot. I’ll be trying to take in at 200-215 grams of protein a day and 100-180 grams of carbs and fat i’m not sure, but most of my foods will be lean. I’m still learning the tricks of the trade.

Yeah, I’m shooting for 175 lbs, lean rippedness, folks, wish me success - I’m gonna need it :)

Otherwise Okay

Ever since Daylight Savings, I’ve been tired, but I have still been hitting the gym, doing my cardio like I’m supposed to:). I have also incorporated stair training. I was inspired to do this when I spoke to someone, so I said why the heck not. It’s actually pretty simple, the goal is to ONLY use the the steps when going places in my building. So in the morning I take the steps from the 1 to the 6th floor, anytime I have to go downstairs I’ll take the steps, etc, etc,. Really the elevator is off limits. It should do wonders for my leg development and my cardio as well. I’m gonna do this for 2 months, and see how it turns out for me. So in addition to my regular training, I’m adding that.

 I’m feeling pretty lean these days I’m not sure how much I weigh becuase I really dont want to get on the scale, but I feel like I’m looking pretty lean, I can see it in my face :) . Maybe in a few weeks I’ll take a picture…until then later

Lot’s O water

Got to flush my system out, so I’m drinking alot of water today in addition to my protein drinks. Later today when I get home I’m gonna take my muti to replenish whatever I flush out during the day. I’m really just tryin to let my body rest from all the food I’ve been eating. It’s also a bit of an expereiment to see how my body reacts to it.

I did train this morning. My endurance on the treadmill is getting up there. I’m gonna do another session this afternoon, to bump up the ‘motab’ and then get a quick nap in at my desk. Tomorrow I’ll get back to my normal diet.

 I think I’m holding on to water weight so the scale aint budging past 192 right now, so well see if I shed this water by time Saturday hits. If not I’ll just have to reset my goal. Otherwise today i’m feelin pretty lean, strong and in good spirits.

4 days to 190

Well I’ve got 4 days to go to get down to 190 by the end of the month…whew. Gonna lower my carbs drastically, to make sure I reach my goal…which means I’m gonna be cranky as a muva. LOL, should be to bad. Of course I’ll be upping my protien to maintain the muscle.

 I’ve gotten my firt of many cardio sessions in, I think I may go down again and get another 30 minutes of cardio in to push it to the limit…the more the better right. Well until my next entry…peace out

New Training Approach

Well it’s bout time to change up my training this week and all next month, to up my results and burn this fat off.

My plan is a two day split, yet 3 days out of the week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday will be 30-60 minutes of cardio and ABS - yeah baby I’m serious. I know it takes about 3 months to really start seeing results but, I’m gonna make the first 3 months as effective as possible.

In 4 weeks I will def be posting some more progress pics. Hope to see them abs coming in by then…let’s go.

:( Camera’s tell the truth

Truth that I was told when I took a few pics was simply: You got a long ways to go buddy. Man the camera doesnt lie. It tells you exactly what you need to "hear" and it told me alot. It made me feel really bad too. I have to remember that this is only the 3rd week although I have lost some fat, I still have to lose more to get that cut lean look I’m going for.

I can be proud that I am on schedule. By the end of the month, I should reach my goal of 190 and then I can set another goal for next month. This is gonna be a long 5 months, but I want the end of it to be sweet.

I’m not giving up this time, I dont plan on falling off this time either I want to see all six shoot even 8. I want my hard earned mucle to pop and the  fat to drop. The camera told the truth, so I have to listen to it.

10 Days

I’ve got ten days to go till my time is up to reach my goal…so I’m pushing it in the cardio area of my training. Trying to drop 3-4 pounds so I can make it to 190 by the end of the month.

Gonna have to cut the carb and keep them low for the next 10 days if I want to see the results I need. Then in Novemebr I will be setting another goal of losing an additional 5 lbs and then in December another 5. Then I’ll stop there. i want to be nice a lean. Then I will slow -hopefully - pack on 10 lbs of muscle over the course of the year. I want that good solid structure, yeah yeah. Well I got about 45 minutes till my next meal and man am I hungry !!!

How I’m feelin

I must say I’m feeling pretty good, my weight training and cardio especially is going well. I dont know If I’ve lost anything this week. I have to say I am feeling pretty lean and tight. I’ll have to take some pics, but I wont do that untill the end of the month :)

 I’ve started drinking my Protein shakes again, the last time I dropped to 185 last year they helped out a WHOLE lot I must say. When they say more protein folks, take in more protein, lower those carbs to. Protein is great for burning that fat or getting that muscle to stay so the fat will get gone. But yeah I’m feel pretty good. Hope to see some good results on camera by the 31st of the month. as well as a scale reading of 190.

18 days

Ive got 18 days till my time is up for my first goal. Got to lose 3 lbs to get to 190. Then the next goal can commence, to gety down to 185 then 180. Then once I get to a good level of leanness I can pack on 10lbs of muscle to be at a super lean 190. Yeah that’s the goal.

 Check out my progress let me know what you think of my progress…uh no never mind.

Been slackin

There really is no reason why I shouldn’t be farther along in my development. It really a shame that I am still at the same level. I want to say I’ve made up my mind to press forward and not look back, but
my results are what I want to speak for me. Words can only say so much, but pictures say volumes. And that’s what I want to speak for me
