Here we go! Only 4 days until the show and I am so much more nervous this time than last. My first show I was a little mushroom so I didn’t know what to expect. This time I KNOW!! All the prep- being careful with the water.. eating my carbs on time… timing my pump before stage.. getting your color just right…flexing every muscle in my body while of course making it look like a cake walk.. and then the kicker- leaving that night with a killer headache! Fun… ;o)

Oh the sport of figure.. Getting up there and knowing that you have done the best you can do and pushed your body to be the best it can be- hearing all your friends and family scream your number- Yep, it’s all worth it!

I just hope I bring home a nice chunk of bronze to put on my mantle when it’s all said and done!! ;o)
