Great lifting day!
Today I was really moving some iron. It was a very productive day, and I left feeling pumped!!
It is really cool to get looks from guys b/c you are out lifting them! LOL
While I am not enjoying my progress being hidden from all the bulk.. I am SOOO enjoying the growth and progress!
There was a guy in front of me in the weight area today.. he was doing hammer curls with 17.5 or 20’s?? he turned around after he finished his set with this look of satisfaction and accomplishment to see me plugging away with 25’s. His face went flush and he left the weight area. LOL
I was sad to see him give up, but at the same time I felt STRONG!

I used to be that guy!!! Isn’t nice to feel that satisfaction. Knowing that you have come so far and gained so much strength!! Keep it up!

You are doing great, the smile on your latest progress pictures says it all. Keep moving forwards, and good luck with your summer competiiton.
