weight loss or lack there of
Okay heres the deal i have changed my diet up more chicken breast turkey not as much fish as i should have but hey its a start. The issue is i have not lost any weight I have actually gaing around two pounds and its frustrating as hell I feel like size wise i am good i dont need to get any bigger i need to lean out and get some definition going at this point i am lost but i wont quit trying for any reason.If anyone has any suggestions or advice no matter how brutal i am all ears.

You shouldn’t get to hung up on your weight. Are you keeping track of how many calories you’re consuming daily? I would suggest you use Fitday not the free version.
Pay the money and use it. I love the program and I love tracking my progress. Good luck to you.
