March 26, 2009Well, here goes. I thought I’d give this BodyBlog thing a try since I’m committing myself to a new workout system starting on Monday, might as well start fresh on Bodyspace too.
Currently I weigh about 193 lbs and probably have around 19-20% bodyfat. This is a very rough estimate. The past few weeks I’ve fallen off the wagon so to speak, only getting to the gym about 2-3 times a week and slacking on my cardio. However, now that spring break is over, I’ve decided to take on a new challenge: a 12 week intensive cardio/weight training program, as well as a 5 meal a day clean eating plan. My plan is to do three 40 minute cardio sessions a week in the mornings, and atleast 3 1.3 hour weight training sessions. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas as I start this new program, please let me know. As I get older I realize how many years we have to truly enjoy our bodies, to be physical and adventurous. I plan on not letting them go to waste:)
