Knee and future training
Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008My acl in my right knee is sprained, and i’m going to see a doctor soon. I probably can’t work my right leg for about a month. This could let me work on my left leg to even it up though. I started taking creatine today, about 2-3 grams in the morning and 2-3 at night so i don’t dry up. After posting two pictures in the Teen section i recieved great comments and two modeling sugesstions which is really boosting my confidence and motivation. modeling could be a cool gig, but i need more muscle first. I’m ready to pack it on.
I also made a wrist roller from some pvc rope and a 25lb weight, and made a handle so i don’t miss a workout
