My knee is just about fully healed up.
I read a great article http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/robson_newyearguide2.htm on nutrition. This guy knows his stuff and he cites his sources. I really liked the biological part of it. Within a week of changing my diet, i saw a big improvment on my abs and obliques, which is where my fat goes. I’m trying to keep my protein intake large so my body doesn’t eat my muscle like it used to. I’m watching my sugar intake too. I never realized just how big diet affects the body. i reccomend to read this article.
Within 2 weeks i saw an abnormal boost in my bench too. i’m now doin sets of 125 on the decline bench. Awesome. Remember when i was doing sets of 70 lbs? I need to keep up this great diet plan to keep this muscle around.
I’ve been hitting my pecs hard and they are a-growin! fore arms are growing too with the help of my pvc and rope.
I’m going to start putting some weight on my legs, starting with lunges to get my glutes and hams firing.

My acl in my right knee is sprained, and i’m going to see a doctor soon. I probably can’t work my right leg for about a month. This could let me work on my left leg to even it up though. I started taking creatine today, about 2-3 grams in the morning and 2-3 at night so i don’t dry up. After posting two pictures in the Teen section i recieved great comments and two modeling sugesstions which is really boosting my confidence and motivation. modeling could be a cool gig, but i need more muscle first. I’m ready to pack it on.
I also made a wrist roller from some pvc rope and a 25lb weight, and made a handle so i don’t miss a workout

i bought a used 25lb plate for 10 bucks! i’ll keep this in my room for when i can’t get to the gym. Cycling is really doing wonders for my knee. No pain or swelling what so ever after two days of snowboarding. I did tweak it stretching perhaps to hard, but that has subsided. Legs are getting more defined with the two top quads are showing

Haven’t been able to get to the gym a lot because of all the hw and studying, plus a job. I’ve started doing exercises in my room. These are great if you are on the road and can’t get ot a gym
feet on bed pushups, elevated dips, elevated dynamic bridges(feet on chair, elbows on bed), side bridges, bicep curls with my guitar case/ suitcase rows with heavy suitcase

Well i have just realized that my right lat is significanty larger than my left. This was no doubt from rowing. i rowed starboard so my right lat got stretched and worked a lot more than the right. It will take a while to even them out
