Blog Entry

Saturday, October 25th, 2008

Well, long time since I have been on bodyspace.  After the flue back in May, I started back training and got back on track with my diet when my shoulder blew and I pulled two back muscles.  It devastated me, I was like two weeks out from my first show and I was serious as a heartattack, I completely shut myself from the outside world.  I lived in my basement, like I was trapped be the weights and shaker bottles.  I quit hanging out with my friends I quit going out on dates, I would take a huge cooler full of contest food everywhere I went, even to church.  I was going to win that sucker, but it didn’t work out that way.  After my shoulder was gone, I couldn’t lift ten lbs. in front of my body without being in excrutiating pain.  I was so pissed, I thought my world had crashed, I truly thought it was over.  Shortly there after a special someone came back into my life and she motivated me to come back.  I started doing some body weight exercises in Sept. but only very little cause there was still pain there.  I slowly and lightly began to lift in Oct. but once again very little.  Meanwhile, some drama occured between me and that special someone and I thought "shit, here we go again, what is going to happen next?  Blow a pec again or a shoulder or what?"  I realized this morning that the only thing that I have control over in my life is me, and bodybuilding is my passion, so I said to myself that it is time to get back in the saddle, but, this time don’t rush it.  Bulk up properly and then cut down slowly so I can maintain the hard earned mass.  I am so ready and son of a crackwhore let’s get this party started! I look like shit right now, so I def. have my work cut out for me.  14.2 % bodyfat, 188lbs. skinny arms and chestless with about a 34in. waist.  I am week as pond water.  Hopefully, by Jan. 09 my body will have transformed considerably from where it is now.  Wish me luck all, I am going to need it!

Fell from bodybuilding GRACE!

Monday, June 2nd, 2008

Hey guys,

Needless to say, I have fell from bodybuilidng grace recently.  I was under 7.5% bodyfat (best shape of my life) and I caught the flue!  I was sick for a week, my immune system must have flopped due to the long strenuous diet and exercise. I was training for my first contest, well I am not going to make it.  I have been off my diet for 3 weeks and have gained an enormous amount of weight ( lots of water weight + fat) but I am now back on my diet and picking the training intensity back up.  The main problem, my ankles have been swolen since I got sick and pulled off the diet regimen.  I don’t know why the water won’t go away?  Anyway, I would go the the doc. but I have no insurance so that’s out of the question.  Maybe where I was dieting so extreme for the past three months (NO CHEATING) and then suddenly broke off the diet and ate whatever I wanted, could have had the most negative effect on my body’s chemistry, causing me to retain a ton of water in my ankles, but I am no doctor so whatever.
