So i am officially 1/9th of the way through P90X. Today was arms and shoulders. my best overall effort to date. I gave it 110% with great form on all. And i am proud to say that i nailed about 85% of ab ripper x baby!!! fu**ing amazing!!! yesterday was plyo’s and i gave that 110% although i still got pretty winded, and had to take some breaks, but hey, we don’t all start out looking like Tony! I am currently working out of town for this week and next (will be my biggest challenge weeks by far!!!!) i brought my dumbells and my pull up bar, so i can do everything. the only thing is i have to go out to eat every night right after work with co-workers and clients, and they all drink and eat expensive fatty carby dinners. i wanted to so bad tonight, but i stayed true and ate healthy and didn’t drink, but it will be very hard the rest of the week!!! only 80 more days of domination!!!!! FEEL THAT FU**ING BURN!!!!

So today was day 1 of week 2, shoulders and back. WOW!!! i made a concious effort to pause the tape during every exercise and do it at my pace and with good form. My first round went unbelievably well. i may have over-did it on round 1, b/c that latter half of round two i struggled a lot on the pushups and pullups and never acheived my first round max’s. however, every single one of them was with awesome form, and all in all I did much better than week 1 where i had bad form just to get my reps up. so this was the BEST day i have had so far. ab ripper X owned me again. i am getting better but my core is just very week. i am ready to dominate tomorrow! feeling the burn of P82X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So yesterday was legs and back/arms and i gave it my all. Still not very strong and learning the moves, but everyday is a step forward. I have noticed that a big problem i have is that i pay too much attention to Tony and what he says and thus i try and keep up with him. so i give up form to do more, and that is a big no no. so I have decided that i will pause the tape from now on and do the exercise at my speed with good form so that i can truly judge my progress and where i am at. so today was Kempo. DAMN!!!! i love that shit! i can do that at 1000% all day long baby! i gave it my all and tried my best for form. i was very slow and stiff for about the first 2/3 of the program and then the last 1/3 i was on fire! i was clicking on all cylindars and could have went an entire nother round! i love that shit….amazing way to end the 1st week! Goal for next week: FORM FORM FORM!!!! also, i dominated the diet all week long, except for pop i had one a day. goal for diet next week: KEEP IT UP, and NO POP!!!! FEEL THE BURN!!!! ****ing tony horton

Not much to say here. Today was Yoga…tough as hell…had a poor attitude towards it, and gave it only about 60%. Not at all happy with myself. Didn’t relax, and just had a bad day. Ate really well, but didn’t follow it up with that great of a workout. Need to rededicate myself to the harder things like yoga! P86X, and tomorrow I AM BRINGING IT!!!

So yesterday was day 3 of P90X, and i believe it was shoulder and arms, as well as ab ripper x. things are going well. i am trying to give it all i have, its just that i haven’t lifted forever and i don’t get that "burn" that i desire right now…my muscles just basically give out and can’t move any more. so i end the workout tired as hell, the usual, but i feel like i am not giving it everything, however i know i am, i am just not at the stage right now where i can push it like i want to. i can’t wait for that day to come! hopefully it will be in the next week for two. ab ripper x went much better than the first day. if i completed 1/3 of it the first day i got 2/3 done this time. so massive improvemets there. The diet is going great, the only set-back has been my 1 soda that i have in the morning. i got one yesterday and today. i am going to will myself to not have anymore this week! dedication baby that is what its all about! all in all i m ready for this thing. i want to take it head on, i want that burn!!!! burn baby burn!!! P87X hu-ah!

So today was my second day of P90X, and it was the Plyo’s day…the BEAST. haha! yup that pretty much sums it up. I felt the burn for 52 minutes! I gave it everything I had, and I feel better about myself since finishing that workout than I have in a long time! I almost can’t wait for the next "mountain" that P90X will throw at me tomorrow. This is going to be hands down the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. Which is why this will be a life-changing event. I am ready for this challenge, and will continue to dominate this program! I am officially counting down that days…this program is now P88X baby!!!

So today was my first day of P90X. And I only have one thing to say…WOW! I made it through the shoulders and back. It took all I had, and I will really be feeling the burn tomorrow, but at least I made it. Then I made a valid attempt at ab ripper X. This will without a doubt be the hardest thing for me! My core is so horrible. I would say I left it all on the mat and did about 1/3 of the total program. I look forward to making great strides with this. I want to look like He-Man, and I am willing to go balls to the wall to get this!
