A new start
I made yesterday 10/31/2009 a new starting point for my goal. As you can see I am pretty much about where I was when I first joined the site. I have been all over the place as far as bodyfat percent and weight since then; So I’ve stepped up my intervals and started to get my portion size under control. I am anxious to see what the results will be like in the near future and I hope you watch the progress. -Nate

Portion sizes are absolutely key!
It certainly looks like you’ve done a good job keeping things in order. Do you track everything you eat? Make sure you’re getting the correct macros? If not, definitely give it a shot - you’ll find that results become a lot more predictable in a very short period of time. At 6% BF, you’ll easily be able to see little changes every 4-7 days. Keep it up man, you’ll hit your goals!
