Do i have gyno?! Or is it just excess fats stored in my chest?! Getting more self-conscious lately. But it still rocks changing my body. Just started Creatine cycle today! Hope not to retain too much water.

Oh my… I’m finally getting better.
For the past 6days I’ve been resting coz of the flu I got last week. Looks like I have to reschedule all my trainings too now that school’s gonna reopen soon. I would push all my gym sessions to late afternoons/evenings. Sigh, kinda enjoyed doing gym in the mornings. =(

I finally got the time to make my first post on this blog. I actually started out my "transformation" journey about 3 months ago. So far,so good. I’ve been losing body fats slowly, but surely.

From an unhealthy 253Lbs, I’ve actually shrunk to 216Lbs! All this thanks to changing my diet, doing cardio and introducing weight training into my lifestyle. Sometimes I marvel the fact that I got to 253Lbs….at age 15!!!! I hadn’t even turned 16 yet for goodness sake!
But with proper research on BODYBUILDING.COM my life was saved! Instead of continuing on the downward spiral after my father’s passing, I was resurrected. I realised that I didn’t want to be the fat one in class anymore. I’m from an all-boys school and yet I change in the cubicle each time we had physical education classes! Why? One great reason… I had fats deposited on my chest. In other words, MAN-BOOBS!
I remember that late last year I started on this lame-ass diet I thought of myself. I only took one solid meal a day! The rest of the day, all I had was juice. Carrot juice? Celery juice? Banana juice? I had them all. I thought that I would definitely lose fats that way. Fact is, I got fatter!
My advice to others out there like me is to take pictures of yourself every week. Only then will you be satisfied with results you get from bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is an extremely interesting hobby/sport. But of course, like everyone else.. I must stress that it is 90% Nutrition and 10% Training. Only then will you lose those body fats. My current goal is to lose another 20Lbs in 12weeks time.
=D
