My big focus right now is getting these legs shaped up! From what I hear the legs are the last thing to come in..so I must be patient.Â I am happy with my progress but still have a long way to go.Â 9wks away and lots more work to still do! I have come this far and I can't quit now.Â I struggle with self sabatoge. I think I do that because it gives me an excuse to not do well; scared of being successful I guess.Â My husband has been doing a GREAT job of keeping me on point.Â He made it very clear that if I am going to take away this much time from family to train then I need to do it right in my diet too.Â Get up on that stage and represent our team; and I couldn't argue with that!Â I just started Lipo 6 today .Â I was trying to do this with no fat burners but time is drawing near.Â I am at a bit of a plateau and need that push!Â So we will see what happens.Â My diet will change in July, (thank goodness) and we will see what happens.Â My suit is ordered and I am attending a fitness camp with my coach (Mike Davies) this weekend.Â Tina Durkin, IFBB Pro, will also be in attendance; so it will definitely be a weekend of fitness and fun!!
