Almost 4 Months out:)
Well things have been going well
. My show is coming up on August 21st and I am getting in a groove. For instance, had posing practice at 5am today and then completed my workout. It was a chest and arms day w/ an hour of cardio. I was happy to get it all done this morning. It's tough to get more cardio done in the evening..between clients, kids and family time I just don't get it in consistently enough. Been very sleepy lately, I have been carb cycling and I am only on my second week. Now I know what others were talking about when they say you may start getting angry while dieting. I had one day where I didn't want anyone to talk to me. I was really irritable. Makes a great case for carbs and why we need them
. So anyway, I just ordered a new program from my trainer; and I am excited about it. I think that I am beginning to plateau so it's definitely time for a change.   The great thing is that I am glad that I took pictures otherwise I wouldn't notice the progress. When I look in the mirror I see what I have to work on; not the progress I've made. Thank goodness for the camera! It's friday; cheat meal...here I come!
Lastly, there are two women that I know are competing May 1st in Pittsburgh; sadly I won't be able to make it but I wish them the best of luck! They both look fabulous in practice and I know they will rock the stage! Go team!
